Trecca

Its an authentic market cuisine, a contemporary tavern located in the Ostiense district.

The name of this restaurant actually explains much of their philosophy, Trecca is a market cuisine in every sense of the word. The menu changes continuously depending on the season.

The ingredients used are chosen with extreme care and they come directly from Lazio producers. The chef, Gabriel Bonci, has his own project, in which producers and farmers help each other and have several values in common, such us: sustainability, 100% natural, attention to the environment and no use of chemicals. These principles are also evident in the choice of wines, this is the reason why you will only find natural wines. With these being said at Trecca you can always eat high quality dishes, with the guarantee that everything has been done with respect towards the environment, we should take them as an example to follow.

The place is small but it’s really nice, the wooden counter has a special charm, although it’s far from the historic center you can easily reach it by metro (metro B, stop San Paolo.)
